I have kids. Young ages, but I need my mental state healthy...I feel confused all of the time. I'm off all of my meds. I'm stuck at home and depressed. I don't want to be a prisoner to medications.

Does anyone have a secret that I don't know to change my life around? This sounds so stupid With kids...how to be free?

I just feel like there has to be more to life then being stuck at home...

But how??

There are no secrets or quick fix. Seek some support. Healing takes much time. Dedicate yourself to your own healing.

Not sure what you mean.. have you tried finding some free time for yourself? Do you see a therapist?

I think you might need to schedule a little me time. It might be going shopping or out to eat or maybe take up a hobby. It is hard to do but it will do wonders.
