Ever since I was young going to get help was a bad thing it was something that my Grandma would threaten me when i was beyond upset. I have never really learned how to control my Emotions. When some one would try to leave I would try to get in there way to make so they couldn't leave me. That only gave me bruises. I cry when I don't know what else to do. I have looked for love in all the wrong places just to find someone who seemed to care for me. This is has caused even more issues, I am scared everyday of my life now. I am finally going to see some help but I know it is going to take time and I feel like i don't have any more time to give. I just want to be better

You have time. Just dedicate yourself to your own healing. Healing always takes time, no quick fix.
