I always feel like I get to upset and I don't know what to do with the anger. if I talk about it with my boyfriend he makes me feel like I'm in the wrong for feeling that way at times and I don't want to feel that way. For example he told me he didn't want to come over bc he would rather hang out with his friends and I got upset because we haven't seen each other in a week and I thought he wanted to come over. I got upset and he said I was acting immature about it because I was crying and I told him he hurt my feelings. I just don't know if I should handle it like that or how to handle it to make him understand he hurt me without him getting defensive.

Hi,
Perhaps your problem is not ager, but being too posessive? Remember you don't "own" your boyfriend.
Being too posessive frightens some people away. Perhaps your best course should be to have more friends?

I don't know your general situation.. in this specific case, though, I think you should have a serious talk with your boyfriend to understand the situation, and explain why you feel hurt.. I'm sorry you're struggling so much with this
