This is something I'm still learning about and stumbling along the way. I try to be a good person who does no harm, but sometimes my negative emotions are a lot to handle! I worry that sometimes I'm a *****. In the past, I definitely have been one during times of stress, with my family, and online. And I need to watch that. And while I've been doing a lot better, today I had a bad day and was curt with someone in a message, and I think I may have hurt their feelings, though, this person accused me of things I did not do at all. It caught me off guard. It was a big misunderstanding and stressful to both of us I think. I think this person is going through something difficult.

You are a good person just because you think that you might have hurt someone else, although you think they attacked you. We aren't Gods who do no mistakes. I definitely hurt others in all worlds. I try hard not to, but sometimes I just cannot. When I try to make things right if I was wrong, some understand, some don't. This is the reality of things.

i have alot of bad days, that is why i'm on several meds. they help greatly and keep me stable. good luck

It sounds to me like you are thoughtful and question yourself, but you are human and we all make mistakes sometimes - that's okay. How we deal with those mistakes is what counts.

We all have bad days and sometimes might do bad things. It doesn't make us terrible people but makes as human. It's normal.

Thanks everyone. Yes, I do tend to second guess / question myself. I'm a working on this. Divine, that is very wise advice. Thank you. Sometimes I need a reality check with the things I think, as they can be distorted, especially in times of stress!
