I promised myself to continue to do CBT and DBT even when it seemed impossible.

My best temporary cope is to take a hot bath in extreme darkness. For some reason the bathroom in my studio apartment is huge. More like a small room. And no windows so pitch dark with door closed. The tub is huge. I put on earplugs and use the tub like a flotation tank.

Strangely enough... we don't have a tub! The home we live in was set up to be handicapped accessible & it only has 2 showers! What you're doing sounds delicious though!
