If you suffer from severe depression...help yourself. Because no one can help you.

You see how they switch your medications all the time, and it is one therapist after another.

Where is the cure? Where is the treatment?

I think it is a joke. In the end you are alone, alone, alone.

So help yourself...or else.

Remember there is no quick fix. Your healing will require much dedication and effort. Healing takes time. Dedicate yourself to your own healing, otherwise all the doctors and meds. will be worthless.
