Hello there,

I've been busy in the last time, but with me finishing my A-Levels very soon, a problem which has been surpressed successfully seems to overcome me again...

The hours before the exams take place decrease in a linear manner. My current classmates were the first group of other people who accepted me how I am, and now fate tears our small "family" apart. Since my great sister left our house(10 years ago), every past farewell was a pain to me, and this one will actually get the worst one ( as I will also leave my parents house in the near future).

I've never learned to cope with such situations. As I can recall, at the time she moved away, I was in a state which you could call depressive for some months.

Do you have any idea how to overcome such situations(and not to fall into emotional darkness)?

Honestly, a good way to overcome your emotions in this situation is to distract yourself for a while. Either go on the internet and watch videos on Youtube or watch TV. Do anything that you can to think positive for the moment. Try to find the positive out of this situation. That is my suggestion. I'm sorry if this didn't help much.
