Bach flower remedies.

So I bought a Bach flower remedy,Sweet Chestnut, specifically for metal anguish,despair,hopeless feelings and sorrow so deep it is destroying you.All of which I was experiencing.I took some today when it arrived and it is helping,I am not so deeply sorrowful.It is wearing off cos I took it this morning and tiredness of the day has made me low again,but it does give temporary relief of sorts,so that is a good buy!

Anyone else find Bach remedies help?I have an olive one for severe exhaustion and being unable to cope physically due to extreme tiredness and that helps me to not come to a standstill physically.

Rock Rose for terror and feelings of shock,again helps me,and Chestnut Bud for those that repeat the same mistakes over and over,I will get back to you on that one.

I have tried a lot of remedies and was never sure if it was just me and my imagination that it worked and glad to know they helped you. I use Rock Rose,Aspen, Sweet Chestnut,and many more.

I remember taking this years ago and didn't find it helpful. Maybe it's just me.

I used to use this a long time ago I would like to try them again
