Im trying to get into therapy. I have some problems I want to talk about it cause its just causing me anxiety. Im not sure I want to talk about everything though and I'm afraid they won't understand. I just have some problems that really worry me.

I can totally understand how you feel. You don't have to tell them everything right from the start. It's a slow process.. I'm sure your therapist will understand if you tell him/her that you feel anxious about this.

Try it out, it's for your own good

I think everyone that starts therapy feels this way. I was with my therapist 2 years and I still couldn't tell her things that I wanted to. It takes time to trust a therapist. I hope that you find a good understanding therapist.

I just have a lot of problems that are causing me anxiety. I just feel like people are gonna shun me cause of my problems and what I think about and I'm not talking about the therapist just everyone around me. Right now I'm just really angry cause of what people say that pisses me off. I can't stop imagining fights in my head that gets me mad.

It takes courage to see a therapist, so be proud of that. Stay away from those critical people and those that make fun of you. It looks like there is a situation you are in, that is getting under your skin.

Go see a therapist. Tell them that you have a lot of anxiety, that you have things that you want to talk about and other things that you don't. A good therapist should not force you to talk about things you are not willing/ready to.
