Idk if this is something that people would care about, but I think I finally felt good about myself today and it's because I went out walking with my dog for two hours and explored a park and stuff. I never think of being in nature as a solid way of coping, but I guess it is. I've been falling into bad methods like SI and EDs but I felt genuinely good for a few hours and I guess I wanted to share. Sorry for the plethora of run on sentences and for the non-story, but that's what I got

Being outside walking does give me a boost usually. I am glad you got out and enjoyed what mother nature has to offer.

Personally I believe being outdoors is the healthiest thing we can do. This is why I am hating living in the heart of the city.
