I'm doing very poorly today. I've texted a crisis line and made a safety plan. Just feeling really low and hopeless

I hate to hear that ur feeling low today. It's great that you contacted a helpline and have a safety plan. Your doing all the right things. Try music and a warm shower. I hope things get better soon

I saw my pdoc today. He took me off one medication (was sleeping 2-3 hours a night). He said besides the underlying depression is 'situational ' depression that is driving me to the edge. Uuummm okay. I feel traumatized from coming so close and am having panic attacks.
I will be ok. I'm headed to Florida Saturday and plan on totally relaxing. Thank you for your support. It meant so much to me. ![]() |

I'm going to work really hard to cope with situational anxiety and depression. Who knows? I could actually be stable and just not be able to handle situational things. If I got this under control maybe I could go back to work. I really, really dislike being so sensitive and emotional. It doesn't help. I wish I knew the difference long ago. It would have really helped.

((((Jennifer)))) a former therapist once suggested that when I feel down to put a blanket into a dryer then afterwards wrap that blanket around yourself. Be good to yourself. Is going to talk to someone something you may consider. It does help.
