Surrounded by people (sometimes) and yet..... I feel so f*****g alone ☹

thanks guys,this is more than than the run of the mill aloneness ,it hit me like a sledgehammer yesterday,i was diagnosed with an ed on top of everything else so that didn't help,but i think maybe its a knock on from my cc of 3 yrs leaving a while ago i miss her dreadfully,i just feel this massive aloneness like a huge void inside of me that i can't really describe and it hurts soooo bad.

I understand alone. I have even felt it when I've been in a relationship. It accompanied deep deep depression. I have spoken about CBT before. The part about changing my thinking patterns really helped. I have a degree of self-worth that was missing before the therapy. And that is the biggest factor to having improved things - including my sense of solitude. |
