The title pretty much surmises how I feel right now; just absolute and total "meh" about everything. I wish I could get fired up about something, anything. I just want to get a break from this complete and total apathy.

Are you taking meds? Sometimes this could happen with meds.

How do you feel about yourself? Lack of self-worth can also do this.

Talk to your doctor about how they make you feel.

I feel empty inside too sometimes. It comes and goes. Just want you to know you're not alone.

Should you ever make the decision to alter (or even discontinue) your usage of the Effexor, I would respectfully encourage you to thoroughly research some of the side effects & withdrawal symptoms that have been reported by other individuals. Sharing this based on personal experience.... Take care.....

All three meds seem to be for the same kind of thing? Is it too much meds?

Was there a recent change to your meds?

I know when my daughter was taking too much Prozac, she had a flat effect.

It could also be a coping mechanism of the issues you were having with dating.

I know from personal experience that I often numb my own feelings without intending to do if something painful or traumatic happens to me, yet I don't take meds at all.

If this is the case, there is no shame in numbness as a way to cope. I would find a way to keep your mind busy doing something that you enjoy until everything passes.
