I'm confused. I just don't know what to think anymore about a lot of things. I'm afraid to say anything about myself anymore cause other people will just say it isn't true. I feel like people just make me doubt myself so much that I don't even know what to think anymore. I don't know if I'm making any sense. Is it possible that someone can make you doubt yourself so much that you don't know what to think anymore even if you know that it's true? Or am I just crazy? I'm mainly talking about when your trying to tell about yourself to other people. And people will wonder how you don't know how you feel. Sometimes I just don't know what I'm feeling. I don't know I'm confused. I think so much I confuse myself sometimes.

I've no idea if I do understand, but will try....it sounds as though your not secure in yourself. I'm not saying this to judge you, but I think I relate (re others making you doubt yourself) you feel whatever you say may be met with disbelief, is this right? This leads to further doubt? Is this something you would consider talking about with someone, to help you gain clarity? In my own experience, I find that people will make their mind up about you, regardless of what you may tell them about yourself, I think it's common for us to experience, Hon. Hth
