I am developing a deep rooted anger. I have had it before and managed to turn it healthy. I'm worried though if I do the same things this time it won't work bc the person my anger is directed at the will realize what's going on, and block it...

I think it's best to avoid the person making you angry as often as possible and try your best to hide your anger from them when avoidance is possible.

If it is somebody close to you, I think it might be best to talk to them about it. If they don't listen, avoid dealing with them whenever possible.

Anger is an amazing motivator and source of power but it can also be deadly and destructive if used wrong.

I hope you feel better soon.
