Recenlty I'm feeling a bit stressed and lost in my life. I always feel emotion intensely. When I go through period of calmness, where I like life, I can accept more my emotions, well, a bit. But in general I feel certain emotions in an intense way, mostly anxiety, sadness and anger. I feel suddenly overwhelmed.
I feel anxiety mostly everyday because I suffer from social anxiety so it's like I'm used to feel it. But I always try to repress sadness and anger. I never cry because I know that when I do it I can't stop, and I never show my anger to others. When I feel them I become completely overcomed with the emotion. It's like they are burning me from the inside. When I feel anger for example, and I'm going through a bad period, I instantly tend to hurt myself to feel physical pain and not the emotion (for example by cutting myself or hitting the wall). I don't know how to deal with those emotions. I always act like a cold and distant person and others believe me, while deep inside I feel everything so deeply. I feel like I'm weird and I have some problems.
