I have physical symptoms related to stress and depression and anxiety. I have a demanding job (detail-oriented, so I always have to be very focused and careful). Moreover, I am often overwhelmed at the amount of work. Thus I can say I am stressed. I like my work.. but because of this demanding aspect.. I feel often tired and demotivated. I have headaches and my eyes are often red (probably tension in the brain). My eyes hurt and I just want to stay in a place where there is no light. I react poorly to stress.
How can I cope with these symptoms. I take magnesium to release tension. But I don't know if it's safe to take it all the time.

Anxiety and depression are definitely tiring. Could you also have eye strain? Red eyes, fatigue, and headaches can be from eye strain. Working without blinking frequently and where there is a lot of glare would be rough on the eyes. I don't know if that is the case with your work.

emma345, you really need to take rest. Try to take out some time to relax or indulge in fun (physical) activities.
