That's all I have to say. I'm not good enough. I'm never good enough. I suck.

You are more than good enough. That’s lies your mind is telling you. Fight back. Challenge those thoughts with more positive, realistic ones and you’ll eventually create new neural pathways.

It's just cause of other people. It's hard to think your good enough when other people are criticizing you. I mean I guess I try to do my best.

I feel for you. I have been subjected to the most disgusting, judgmental, critical people I have ever met in my life. They have no idea how or why I have made the choices I did in life. Yet, they have the nerve to appoint themselves as some kind of "expert" over my life. They have NO CLUE!! Not ONE CLUE what I go through or live with to judge me.
I am livid. Absolutely LIVID with them!! I would like to put THEIR LIFE up their on the chopping block and take it apart piece by piece. Just like they did to ME!! THEY TOOK MY LIFE APART AS IF THEY KNOW MORE THAN I DO ABOUT MYSELF!! Are you kidding me?? WHO appointed these despicable creatures as GOD??? As rulers over MY LIFE!! Look at YOUR OWN LIFE if you can and STOP RIGHT THERE!! LOOK IN YOUR OWN MIRROR!! |

I feel that way too sometimes. It might be helpful to take emotions out of it, and look at it from a purely logical view.
Define "good enough." And then decide what makes one person "good enough" while another person isn't. Chances are, some logical errors are going to show up. We may find that there is no such thing as "good enough," and what applies to us actually applies to everybody. |
