Yes, I have been told I am one of those people that ware my heart on my sleeve, and little things do add up for me. The bad thing for me is when the little things add up, I keep it all inside until I just can't deal with anything. I hope one day to not be this way, but it may never happen for me.

I do let little things get to me sometimes. At the same time, if its something that bothers you, and you're feeling badly, why does it have to be a "little" thing? They're your feelings and you're feeling them for a reason. I myself, am learning how to communicate more effectively though when someone does something that bothers me. I also think pausing is a great tactic to employ. Giving something time and space and not reacting so suddenly, can really help me, and the other person. I just think, the saying "little things add up for me / you / him / her / them" is kind of a negative sounding saying. Perhaps its just who someone is and that's ok.

I'm actually a pretty private person. At the same time, I'm very open about my emotions with those close to me, and those who seem nice and like they are trustworthy.
