Starting last year, I have had the reoccurring idea of suicide. Everytime I do something wrong, I have a voice in my head saying I want to kill myself. Some days are better than others. I mean, I guess I don’t really want to die. It is just a form of self punishment I have where I get really angry at myself for doing something wrong. I’m just scared that I might crack eventually. I don’t want to. I guess I’m just wondering if I’m worth it, and if you have any advice for how I should handle this rather ugly form of self punishment. Thank you for listening
