I am very lonely, I live with my mom, I have no boyfriend, not many friends. Regularly, I get panic attacks especially in the evening... when I feel all the void around me... I cant sleep, I am anxious and sad. And this void around me feels like if I was a bum in the street.. you know lost and homeless. I feel like human trash. How can I gain a little bit more security? How can I ground myself? How can I make this feeling of being trash disappear?

yes I am. but we've been talking about mindfulness.. but I guess I need to speak more about my fears.. and my fear of abandonment and being all alone.. and feeling like trash. |

I don’t have answers for this. It’s a painful struggle that many of us go through I think. I hope the mindfulness helps. I think it’s great you have a therapist. ❤️
