I am very lonely, I live with my mom, I have no boyfriend, not many friends. Regularly, I get panic attacks especially in the evening... when I feel all the void around me... I cant sleep, I am anxious and sad. And this void around me feels like if I was a bum in the street.. you know lost and homeless. I feel like human trash. How can I gain a little bit more security? How can I ground myself? How can I make this feeling of being trash disappear?

yes I am. but we've been talking about mindfulness.. but I guess I need to speak more about my fears.. and my fear of abandonment and being all alone.. and feeling like trash.

I agree that those topics would be well worth discussing with your therapist.

I don’t have answers for this. It’s a painful struggle that many of us go through I think. I hope the mindfulness helps. I think it’s great you have a therapist. ❤️

I am sorry to hear you feel abandoned- me too

I also have panic attacks quite often and I also struggle to sleep.

do you have a good life?

where i'm going with this is, maybe you can do something with your life that is important and worthwhile, to make you feel like you've accomplished something and feel proud

Try this book:"Self-Compassion", by Kristin Neff.
She has website too.
