![]() Saturday night I only managed to get to sleep around 1am ish and was awake again at about 4am, maybe half 4 at the latest and didn't properly get back to sleep from that point on due to stressing over the situation ![]() ![]() ![]() I got work today so am having to be up at this hour in order to go to work in a few minutes ![]() ![]() ![]() As well as affecting my friend, it's having a knock on effect with my sleep patterns as well cause I worry and fret about whether my friend is okay if I don't see her online and posting when she wants to post ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Last edited by FooZe; Oct 22, 2018 at 02:17 AM. Sometimes hissy fits help. I got angry last week and it felt rather good after. No one hurt, just a bit of yelling. I feel like I need one right now but it's the middle of the night so amazingly the guy upstairs from me is quiet, usually he's yelling, and it's a night I'm so worked up that I can't sleep. Go figure. Hugs
