It’s been a hellish 3 weeks. I keep falling farther and farther down the foxhole and I’m doing everything to keep myself afloat

Hello Karen: I see this is your first post here on PC. So... welcome to PsychCentral.
 I'm sorry you have had such a difficult time recently.  Hopefully coming here to PC can be of some comfort & support.  I hope you find PC to be of benefit.
