Hi. I'm copia and I am 14. I found out recently that I have depersonalisation which is pretty common with people going through puberty. I don't know the cause of it or if there even is one. My school counsellor sais that I have Suppressed emotions. Which is not true. I am just sad. Very sad. From this sudden appearance of such disability. How do I know if I have suppressed emotions? How do I help it?? Thank you for your help.
