Should I stay or go?

I decided to stay in my group. Sometimes the decision that will help us grow is not always the most comfortable decision. However my care team is being very supportive and I am taking care of myself too.

Hey that's great. As someone who has often been effectively paralyzed by anxiety, I find that, good or bad, it can be easier to live with a decision that to endlessly agonize over making it. Well done! That was not easy for you.

I'm so glad you decided to stay! I've been reading all the posts on this thread and was really hoping you would be staying and getting support from other people. Sometimes sticking with things is hard, but it's that much more rewarding at the end of it all when you stuck through it! At least, that's my experience. Good luck! <3
