I'm so sorry you're hurting so much, sadeveiledbride please don't give up. It must be very hard for you. I'm so sorry. You're not alone here. I'm here for you if you need to talk about it. Remember that your life is worth it. You're a wonderful person. I'd suggest to talk to your therapist about this and see how it goes from there. Hopefully he/she will be able to help. I hope you'll be able to get the help you need and deserve. You deserve to get better and to feel good. You deserve to live a good life just like everyone else. We all care about you here. We all love you here. Please remember that. Stay strong, sadveiledbride. Stay safe and take care of yourself. Remember that we're here for you if you need it. Feel free to PM me anytime. Let me know if I can do something to help you. I'm so sorry you have to deal with this

I’m very sorry. I’ve been there. Sometimes I have to just rest and give myself some space and some time to work through it... Sometimes I have to keep going and hope that my emotions catch up with me later. Either way, I hope you find some peace and feel better soon. Always sad and unmotivated

Hello SadVeiledBride. I wonder what would make you feel better? To help you to climb out of the hole...do you know? You know yourself better than anyone. I wish you peace and hope.

(I like how you appreciate Sylvia Plath)

Do you have a therapist? Have u tried medication?
If u have felt like this for a long time it would sure be a good idea.

I do have a therapist. I like my T, but my pdoc is a tool and won’t prescribe me any more medication.

---I certainly understand this. Im going to my doc to try to change things up (depression under control but the meds make me too high) and I feel it is such a challenge with those short sessions. I find really vigorous exercise (water aerobics) to be wonderfully helpful beyond words can express for me, but what youre describing requires the right meds. What do you take?
