I am trying not to think too much about what I have to get done all the time. My plate is so full with everything I put on it and I am starting to get stuffed. Any stress-relieving activities that help you? My boyfriend helps a ton but I don't want to put that burden on him. I want to cope with my stress myself. How?

I am in the same boat right now and I don't want to burden my boyfriend. One thing that helped last semester is getting a planner and putting every assignment in it. That way whenever I have free time I can look ahead and do whatever assignment is due next. I know this doesn't work for everyone but it works for me. I also know myself so I try to do different things in different places. I do my studying at a coffee shop I like because I know I get to distracted at home. A new setting can do wonders. Another thing you can do is to take small breaks. If you go out for the night don't stay out so late it will ruin your next day. You got this. Just take it one day at a time.

I feel ya. I overthink so much and make things so much harder on me. Being overly busy doesn’t help either. Meditation and exercise seem to help me keep it together
