Last Friday, Saturday, and Sunday were good. Friday I found out I was going on vacation. Saturday was the last time work has gone good. Sunday was my day off and I got some shopping done at the mall. All 3 days I just felt fine and my anxiety and moods were fine unlike these past 3 days.

I had a pretty good couple of days- it's our 20th wedding anniversary and the 3 of us (me, wife and son) went back to where my wife and I honeymooned 20 years ago. It was a good trip- good food- interesting sights- good conversation.
This morning I was playing a pretty good game of disc golf and someone walking by noticed my good shot and congratulated me. __________________ My business is to teach my aspirations to conform themselves to fact, not to try and make facts harmonise with my aspirations. T.H. Huxley |

I just booked a flight, hotel room and car rental for a trip to Houston in mid-October. My printer is working well- I'm printing out some articles I must read for class.

Saturday was my last good day. I didn’t feel exhausted and I had a good day at work.

I had time to play 2 disc golf courses yesterday, and I had time to start season 3 of Handmaid's Tale.

I made a few sales on ebay today.
I was concerned that I might have problems with the buyer, but it actually turned out better than expected. __________________ My business is to teach my aspirations to conform themselves to fact, not to try and make facts harmonise with my aspirations. T.H. Huxley |

I complained recently to my wife that I get frustrated when she gets so engrossed in a radio or TV program that she ignore me- she has even said things like "oh, just wait until this segment is over" - then she forgets and just keeps on listening.
This morning she made a point of actually turning off the radio after a segment, and then engaging me in conversation. __________________ My business is to teach my aspirations to conform themselves to fact, not to try and make facts harmonise with my aspirations. T.H. Huxley |

Had a great night of love-making with my wife. She was unusually uninhibited and she let me know she was enjoying herself.

I just played the best 18 holes of disc golf that I've ever played.

I had a decent conversation with someone I usually take issue with- I played a pretty good 18 holes of disc golf- and I met someone who gives disc golf lessons. I may have to take him up on one soon.

My son and I invited friends of his to play disc golf. After we were done, their parents (our kids are almost 11) invited us to dinner at their place. We've known them for a while, but haven't spent much time with them recently. It was fun to catch up and tell stories. We ended up spending about 2 hours with them- and had a good time- no drama- it was nice and relaxing.

There have been a few good moments over the few days. I scored 1 under par on a "hole" in disc golf, and I made a delicious hamburger.

I can’t really remember. My uncontrolled sleep disorder has made me feel so exhausted and sick and out of it for a couple weeks straight. Things aren’t terrible in the grand scheme but I don’t feel good at all.

I started with a cpap, then was given a bipap, but my AHI numbers are still too high- I'll probably go in for another sleep study soon- and then probably upgraded to another machine that will force me to take a breath when needed. __________________ My business is to teach my aspirations to conform themselves to fact, not to try and make facts harmonise with my aspirations.
