I had time to play 2 disc golf courses yesterday, and I had time to start season 3 of Handmaid's Tale.

I made a few sales on ebay today.

I was concerned that I might have problems with the buyer, but it actually turned out better than expected.

I complained recently to my wife that I get frustrated when she gets so engrossed in a radio or TV program that she ignore me- she has even said things like "oh, just wait until this segment is over" - then she forgets and just keeps on listening.

This morning she made a point of actually turning off the radio after a segment, and then engaging me in conversation.

Had a great night of love-making with my wife. She was unusually uninhibited and she let me know she was enjoying herself.

I just played the best 18 holes of disc golf that I've ever played.

Sometimes it's the little things that really matter- isn't it?

I had a decent conversation with someone I usually take issue with- I played a pretty good 18 holes of disc golf- and I met someone who gives disc golf lessons. I may have to take him up on one soon.

My son and I invited friends of his to play disc golf. After we were done, their parents (our kids are almost 11) invited us to dinner at their place. We've known them for a while, but haven't spent much time with them recently. It was fun to catch up and tell stories. We ended up spending about 2 hours with them- and had a good time- no drama- it was nice and relaxing.

There have been a few good moments over the few days. I scored 1 under par on a "hole" in disc golf, and I made a delicious hamburger.

I can’t really remember. My uncontrolled sleep disorder has made me feel so exhausted and sick and out of it for a couple weeks straight. Things aren’t terrible in the grand scheme but I don’t feel good at all.

What's going on? Have you been diagnosed with a sleep disorder?

I started with a cpap, then was given a bipap, but my AHI numbers are still too high- I'll probably go in for another sleep study soon- and then probably upgraded to another machine that will force me to take a breath when needed.

My wife and I had a good conversation this morning.

I think I'm getting a handle on what to do about a few specific people who really get on my nerves.

My first day as a volunteer went well.

My anxiety has been up recently and travelling can sometimes trigger it but today's train journey was good with no hitches. I was listening to music and watching the scenery roll by - it was beautiful and peaceful.

My son and I played 9 holes of disc golf and I mowed for about an hour. I'm keeping up with my schoolwork- and my wife and I still had time to watch a movie together last night.

Yesterday I volunteered (with children) after a short break. I wasn't feeling well and almost cancelled but went in anyway.

I was given a child with quite severe needs who is disruptive in class - but he responded so well to one to one with me it made everything worthwhile.
