It may be true, but it really only hurts you. Be angry but try to let go of it as soon as possible for your wellbeing.

Often, it is what's never (or what's not allowed to be) said/expressed, that takes us to this realisation. Of course, I'm only making assumptions, and so, apologies if I'm not on the right path with you, but, I hear, and think I relate, for what it's worth. Care n peace x

What gayleggg said, and also, the person you're angry with probably already has enough on their plates and your anger is likely to only make things worse for them. Let's channel that energy to something else!
