Iv seen my psychotherapist and she was explaining what is real and what is in your mind-reality and non reality .. So I read a book today and that helped me cope.but Im afaird of doing something that will bring me back to my voices and non -real things that I think of each day..What can I do that will help me cope? is there any good activities that help bring me back to reality?? I am on heavy meds for different things and I don't want to be reminded of my past/"my world" any help please??

-Eat healthy
-Sleep regularly if you can -Do some physical exercise or even just take a walk -Yoga -Find as many distractions and hobbies as you can (reading, cooking, watching movies and TV shows, playing games or videogames...)
