I am setting this thread up on "Coping with Emotions" because that is where we all get turned around; not knowing how to manage what upsets us.

Some of you are familiar with my writing; I will post here articles I write or the links to them on Medium. The links are free to use.

For example, my I rewrote my ebook on bullying and trolling and added a fourth chapter using what I wrote about owing the people I abused apologies.

Please, feel free to leave me comments; I love hearing from folks who read what I write.

*TRIGGER WARNING* BULLIED: Chapter 1: I am DONE Protecting My Abusers

BULLIED: Chapter 2: My Family Taught Me Hatred *TRIGGER WARNING*

BULLIED: Chapter 3: My Victims Were Faceless *TRIGGER WARNING*

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
