Okay so everyone knows being ill can be a struggle if its either getting out of bed issues or having voices and manic episodes daily. here are some things that might benefit you

1. "mind fullness colouring" - Colouring in pictures can help you relax from a "high" "manic episode" during this you can pick out nice colours and create a nice picture -coloured in. This can stop the voices (as you pick out a pencil colouring)

2.Comforting things, Whether its going out for lunch to treat yourself,Having an extra hour in bed,Playing games,Interacting in board games(like snake & ladders) This will stop you from feeling alone and depressed and suicidal thoughts

3.Look after yourself and be kind towards other people

These are just some things that has helped me
