I'm curious what made you start therapy? Was there an event, a situation or something that has been eating at you for a while that made you decide - this is it, I'm ready to get professional help?

No one specific event or trigger, just got tired enough of ongoing avoidance and social anxiety to try to do something about it.

Not intimately able to connect with husband in a healthy way, great emotional disturbance over it.
