just realizing how f'd up i am & how bad my childhood was. coming to terms i guess.

and lately even baby steps are overwhelming.

It is overwhelming at times----and so damn frustrating...hindsight really sucks sometimes.
Especially when it won't let go...over and over...
BUT the baby steps are worth it. And it can help to 'catch' the good moments and make a note of them so they are not forgotten and lost in the avalanche of remembrance...

Im sorry you're feeling that way, how can we help? or, what kind of help do you want? Advice? Listen? Someone you can relate to? Maybe just someone to talk to?
