That's what's going on and people don't understand. So many different things that replay through my head. The way people treated me and talked to me. Everytime I get angry I want to blow my brains out. I have very violent thoughts. I'm tired of people not understanding me. Everything triggers my anger.

Have you tried working through those triggers with professional support? It can't be an easy life to be set off so often, I can imagine.

I heard people mention that after they started their heavy-metals detox, their dark thoughts went away.. ?
Thanks for this!

Anger more often than not comes from pain. In this respect anger serves two purposes:

1. If someone/something is hurting you it is sometimes survival advantageous to get angry as a defense. If you hurt hem back they may desist in hurting you further.
2. It's easier to feel anger than pain, so we sometimes use it as an avoidant mechanism.

Either way, you might feel less angry if you work through the pain.
