My moods have begun to shift lately to a very sharp angle of things. Im generally very easy going at least on the outside. Iv been able to maintain that polite kind of calm. Until recently that is. Now im starting to think that maybe im losing my grip on things because emotions start bubbling up inside me and i dont even know what or where their coming from. Im angry, resentful, hateful, standoffish and mean. Ugly kind of emotions to be harboring right. ? Ofcourse i shove them down as best i can to make sure im in check around others i try to stay my distance. I dont mind isolating what i mind is not knowing where all this negitive is coming from, its not a good feeling and besides its kinda scary.

The same exact thing is going on with me. Could it be from covid isolating? For you? Me, I've already been isolated living out in the desert for 10 years now. Its really making me lose it. Sending u hope...

I think i isolate by choice virus or not. I really have a hard time around people. It takes so much out of me and the stress factor goes off the chart. I also live in the desert by choice. It feels warm calm and quiet until it doesnt and that always happens when the people begin to come in. Yes this could the common cause to these negative emotions lately. More and more people are out and about which means more and more people are finding their way to my house again.
