So much rumination today. But I did do my laundry, went for a walk (which really helped) and ate at my parents house. I also communicated with someone about something and I feel good about it.

Not doing to hot. Dealt with a lot of anxiety today, and general stress. I have a therapy appointment tomorrow. I with I knew what was wrong with me.

I’m monster hangry but also super depressed and anxious and I took a new kind of melatonin and I can’t move anything but my thumb but I have absolutely no idea what would make me feel better or even what I want. I just feel completely hopeless.

I am in pain today. I think I overdid it on the house chores yesterday. So I've taken my night meds and some pain meds. I think I will go rest with heat a while. Maybe just go to bed.

I’m just reading my book and hanging out. I never fully woke up today for some reason. I had a couple cans of diet soda. No coffee though. I’m just going to go to sleep I think.

I got confused by the time change - I reset all my bedroom clocks but my husband didn't change the living room one before he went to bed so I thought I had slept in, that kind of shook me up.

Once I got into the day I was just fine. 😊

Where I am, daylight savings time starts on Sunday, November 1, -- is the time change it different in the UK?
