I am so sick of everything-- I'm way past being sick of the Sunday **** Show at work, when we are overwhelmed with orders because it's the beginning of our work week and we are completely undermanned. I leave work Sunday nights a burnt out shell. **** that. I'm having trouble sleeping because I come home and binge eat because I'm exhausted and stressed and haven't eaten in 10 hours. And my stupid cat ran her claws down my back this morning. I let out a screech that scared her off, but I've made it clear to her that I am mad. I don't know why she is like this-- I've tried spraying her with cold water, not engaging in play with my hands, telling her "ouch! that hurt!" when she does it, playing with her with her feather toy and then feeding her treats... why does she claw and scratch?????? I love her and will not give her up, but I need this to stop. I am also sick of being everyone's rock. People seem to bear their souls to me all the time... even strangers in the supermarket! I don't know why and I don't care at this point. Who the **** is my rock? I'm so ****ing pissed off and so sick of this ****. The snow is the only good thing that has happened lately-- I know I'm one of the few, but I absolutely love winter LOL

Seems like You're feeling overwhelmed. Have You tried to talk to your boss about ALL of this? Perhaps there are other ways to work around your schedule so that You won't feel as stressed. Does this happen only on Sundays or on other Days as well? Please try to hang on. As for You being the rock of other people's, I definitely UnderstAnd how stressful that can be, although that speaks to You as a WONDERFUL and SUPPORTIVE person as well! Try to practice self-care as much as You can. You deserve it as well! SEnding many safe, warm hugs to BOTH You, @indigo1015, Your Family, Your FriEnds and ALL of Your Loved Ones! Keep fighting and keep rocking NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS, OK?!
Thanks for this!

*hugs* I second talking to your boss and seeing if there’s a solution to that issue, if you haven’t already. That sounds hellish, so I hope they can help you sort things out.
I’m not sure if claw caps would be a good solution for your cat? It might be worth getting in contact with a cat behaviourist, too, either online or through a magazine (some cat magazines in the UK offer advice to readers who contact them - I’m not sure where you are, though). Have you tried anything like pheromone plug-ins? They can help calm cats down.
