I have been in ride or die relationship for 21 years, married for six. I supported my wife in every aspect for life together and recently I found her cheating, With no spark of apology or any love in her answer to me, she was lying for so long I find out now.
I’m devastated and so hurt I can’t breath most times. It’s day 3 and I’m supposed to move on and hold it together. Not happening.

I’m so sorry that you were cheated on. The cheater never thinks about how their actions effect those in their family. Have you considered getting some counseling for yourself?
