I get it. Its okay.
If the relationship and attachment isnt there in good times, its not going to magically show up in bad times. People with power will eff around with you, then act surprised that their actions had consequences, then all of a sudden want you to cover up or ignore those consequences. Im like, hey it wasnt me who set this in motion. But now no - i cant perform in your happy family theater. |

I just saw this, today...
Someone wise once told me that, in general, family members are the LAST people one should turn to for aid and comfort and understanding. That's because unless you know beyond a shadow of a doubt that these people WILL support you, NO MATTER WHAT, you've got a high chance of your hopes being dashed further. That has been my experience; my "family " now consists of other people who I know I can trust not to hurt me, absolutely. |
