What’s Making You Angry?
This article tells about some causes of increased anger that I didn't know about--and some ideas on coping with it. For example, I didn't know statin drugs can be a factor! I hope it might help someone here. ![]() |

Very interesting. Thank you for sharing.
I could experience some of the factors that are mentioned in the article. For example: Pre-menstrual Syndrome. As a humor side note, in the article was forgotten a mention about a factor that use to wake up rage: Some people have a espacial ability to piss others off. 😂😂😂

I thought it was interesting too. I have depression and anxiety disorder. So could relate to some of it and while I don't have ASD, I most certainly could have a trait or two. Particularly the irritability and sensitivity. I get emotional and angry sometimes around my period, too. The rest of the article was interesting to read and informative - like about dementia and that wilsons syndrome. Oh, and I liked the article after / under it, too: it talked about how to calm yourself. I liked how it said to watch fish swim, but all the ideas in the list were great.

I forgot to mention the thyroids problem. I also suffered this.
