Hope. I feel hope because I walked a long way to grow my self-esteem and I feel I got it.
I don’t feel anymore less than anybody. I feel equal to the rest of humanity. Not a rare bug anymore. 😀

Pessimism. I don’t like at all where the world is going.

I’m feeling calm and lately I even laughed, thing I haven’t done since my doggie passed away. I see as if I overcame the depressed stage, not still ready to see lots of pics or videos of him but I’m coping with it pretty better than I thought.

Today's emotion is frustration.
Eating disorder stuff mostly. Basically feel the need to compete with people in a residential my CW put an application into that I might not even go to and certainly not any time soon. Kinda fked.

Full!!!! Today is my son's birthday so I had dinner with him. I destroyed a huge chicken sandwich and an iced tea and some water.
Blessed. With everything going on in the world, I thank God I can sleep in peace and not worry about my home getting bombed. For some people right now, they don't even have that. |

Reborn and full. I’m feeling like these since I got to follow healthy sleeping patterns. I got into a hole that I didn’t know what to do to change my sleeping pattern. I literally couldn’t sleep at night so I wasn’t able to get up in the morning.
Now, I’m still at the beginning. It’s not still a fixed habit but I feel full and live each day at its best.
