I have social anxiety problems and might have adhd bcs I can’t focus am hypersensible to my surroundings. I am sensible to yelling and upsetting situations and cry a lot when those happen . I stress an awful lot and have communication problems even with my friends , I stresss and stutter. Oral presentations pressure me a lot and make me have panic attacks and cry too. I don’t want to ruin my friendships and social life please help me I can’t live like this anymore I am too anxious and can’t talk and I cry a lot on public I am too sensitive am I depressed or have adhd or all of that ? I want to become a better person and I’m tryin so fk hard but I can’t seem to make any progress .

Do you have a psychiatrist and a psychologist?

Do you have a safe space to go to when you're feeling overwhelmed?

I’d suggest seeing your GP first and asking for a referral. As TheGal mentioned, it sounds like you need intensive therapy.

I’m unsure of your age. You mentioned oral presentations. Are you still in school? If so, do you have a guidance counsellor you can speak to who could speak to your teachers on your behalf to let them know how you are feeling.

There’s lots of self meditation videos on YouTube. I’m making a recommendation that you try listening to some 😊
