Hi, I haven't used a forum before, so sorry if I don't do it correctly, I am experiencing new emotions, such as loneliness and I'm not sure, anxiety I think, how should I deal with this, it is not pleasant. I hope somebody has some insight on this

Welcome

I’m a believer in experiencing emotions and sitting with them and not being afraid of the so called negative emotions. So I’m probably not what you are looking for. But there’s others on here who have trouble with emotions and maybe they’ll chime in. It may take awhile so give people time to reply
