I definitely think I have DPD. I always knew I was too dependent on people.
Too "clinogy"... too needy... too co-dependant... especially with my husband.
I just read the symptoms of DPD and out of the 8... I have all 8.

Here is more detailed description, along with treatment needed, more details will help you in the process of unraveling whether you truly have it, you could discuss with your T if this article also lends you to believe this

I didn't realize that I have DPD until recently. All my life, I've been the target of bullies.
Thanks for this!

I never knew I had this, though I did feel like I needed more babying and couldn't do anything on my own, even now at 19. I get intense fear and I neglect responsibility as a result and would rather avoid the uncomfortable situation than try it. I'm afraid I will become too dependent on my current therapist as a result of having this personality.

I have DPD and it is very hard for me. My dependant person is my mom. It can be very hard to break the cycle.
