It's weird when I started PC about a month ago I was feeling so low and horrible. Now, I feel so much better. I think it's related. I started reading self-help kinds of stuff, doing more with friends, exercising, cleaning and organizing stuff and cutting back on my meds. ALL A LITTLE AT A TIME! I've been following a lot of advice from here. Although a lot of it I knew already it's helped to have people support me with the changes. THANK YOU SO MUCH EVERYBODY.
Of course, one piece of my dysthymia still is hangin in there which is "when will I crash?" "Is this too good to be true?" I've had depression and dysthymia 20 + years and now, all of a sudden I've got it figured out! I highly doubt that. We'll see. Thoughts? |

I am glad that you are doing so much better. I believe PC is a huge part in my own healing. I have used the resources and support here like a lifeline. Well done on making small positive changes too.
