I'm sure there will be others more qualified to help than I am - but can I just recommend a book I found really helpful.

It's by Russ Harris and it's called 'the happiness trap'. It's based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and it's really easy to read, and like I said really useful.

Other than that - I'd recommend seeing a health professional if you haven't already. And if you have, but they haven't helped, I recommend trying someone else.

Take care
Thanks for this!

Meds take up to 8 weeks to kick in...do you know that?

have you told your doc?

maybe you can check yourself into the hospital if your scared.

keep us posted ok? I know your scared. I understand. I have been there and I hated waking up...but I am better now

I just recently joined this website too. I find a lot of solace from the friends I've made here and can relate to a lot of peoples stories, keep reading the posts you'll find people on here help tremendously, and maybe you could find some help through therapist near your home?
