Heard a single line from a song that pretty much describes my state of mind 90% of the time: "I'm so sick and tired of being sick and tired."
 I'm fighting this with everything I have. My counsellor and I are working on ways to at least postpone the slumps I fall into, if not prevent them completely. I'm doing my best, I'm trying hard. I'm not going to give up because giving up would mean going back to where I was when the depression was at its worst, and nothing scares me more than returning to that darkness. But I really am sick and tired of being sick and tired! Sigh. Just needed to vent...

It IS the pits........hang in there justfloating, sounds like your on the right path.....and don't bang your head too hard...I've tried it too.....cost me $100 at the Home Depot.....
