is to work as hard as I do, and then to come home and find my loved one in complete despair.

I know my darling inside and out, and these states of mind are not true. I find myself getting anxious and depressed too.

I have to take care to find just the right balance to be a comfort and not get overwhelmed in the atmosphere of desperation.

Depression is a family illness.

One thing many people do not realize is the effect our depression has on others. Hope your spouse begins to feel better.
